Our products come with a 100% unconditional empty jar guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Great Mother's Goods product, send back the unused portion and we will refund the full purchase price of the product less shipping and handling. Please enclose a brief explanation of the reason for the product's return so that we may use this information to further improve our products.

Great Mother's Goods reserves the right to deny any return based upon customer neglect, fraud, or abuse.

The security of your of your credit card information is very important to us. All of our orders, phone or web, where your credit card information is provided, are now submitted to an authorized professionally managed credit card payment processor for clearance. No information is retained by Great Mother's Goods.

Shipping

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or FedEx Ground. Great Mother's Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier. If your order has arrived damaged, it must be reported to Great Mother's Goods within 5 days of receipt.

Great Mother's Goods is NOT responsible for loss due to an incorrect address. Please carefully check the "ship to" address you provide when ordering. Credits or refunds will not be issued if you provide an improper address. To receive a credit or a refund, the order must be returned. Credits or refunds will be provided for the cost of product ONLY. Any reshipments will be charged published shipping rates.

Unclaimed and Returned Orders

Your account will be credited for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee on all unclaimed orders returned to Great Mother's Goods by the shipper. Original shipping charges will NOT be credited to your account.
