Great Mother's Goods Shipping Cost Structure
Great Mother's Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier. If your order has arrived damaged, it must be reported to Great Mother's Goods within 5 days of receipt.
Great Mother's Goods is NOT responsible for loss due to an incorrect address. Please carefully check the "ship to" address you provide when ordering. Credits or refunds will not be issued if you provide an improper address. To receive a credit or a refund, the order must be returned. Credits or refunds will be provided for the cost of product ONLY. Any reshipments will be charged published shipping rates.
Your account will be credited for the product purchase price less a 20% restocking fee on all unclaimed orders returned to Great Mother's Goods by the shipper. Original shipping charges will NOT be credited to your account. At this time we DO NOT ship outside the US.
If you would like your products shipped via another method, UPS, FedEx Overnight, etc. please indicate so in the comment box when you place your order. We will notify you of the shipping charges by your preferred method.
Q: Where can I find your Products?
A: Great Mother's Goods products can be found in some health food stores, herbal shops, independent pharmacies, specialty shops (like maternity shops), gift shops, and directly from our company. Due to the fact that most of our products are marketed through mass distributors, it is difficult to direct a customer to a location near you unless we happen to be selling it direct to a store in your area. We are pleased to assist in your inquiry...just ask!
Q: If I order the product from you, how long will it take to get to me?
A: We ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment M-F. If you are living in the US we will ship via US Priority mail and you should receive your order within 2 to 5 days. Expedited shipments can be arranged.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: We do ship outside the US. Standard shipping policies are in place for US and Canada. Please see our International Shipping page for more information when ordering outside that region.
Q: What if I would like to sell you products?

Q: What if I don't like your products?
A: We want all our customers to be pleased with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Great Mother's Goods product, send back the unused portion and we will refund the full purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling. Please enclose a brief explanation of the reason for the products return so that we may use this information to further improve our products.
Q: How much does shipping cost and what are your shipping rules?
A: We normally ship domestic retail orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Larger domestic packages may be shipped FedEx Ground.
We find USPS to be a fast, dependable and reliable way of shipping our products.
